LA
MARCA DEL HOMBRE LOBO
Aka: FRANKENSTEIN’S
BLOODY TERROR, HELL’S CREATURES, MARK OF THE
WOLFMAN.
It is discovered that Waldemar
Daninsky (Naschy) is a descendant of the werewolf
Count Imre Wolfstein who has been accidentally revived
by a greedy gypsy. Daninsky kills the wofman and
is bitten by the bloodthirsty beast for his efforts.
He too becomes a wolf when the moon is full and desperately
seeks a cure from a strange Hungarian couple who
turn out to be Vampires!
Beautifully
photographed and full of atmospheric sets, this film is
the first and the best of the Paul Naschy wolfman films.
Originally shot in 3D and in 70mm. When this film was picked
up for American distribution by huckster/producer Sam Sherman
much of the film was badly cut, dubbed and released
as a Frankenstein film under the ridiculous tittle FRANKENSTEIN’S
BLOODY TERROR.
(1967

subtitles.
