Based
on an authentic Mexican legend that was first filmed as La Llorona,
this film begins with a flashback to a gruesome train station murder,
setting up the legend of the crying woman. In the present, a couple
travel to a scary mansion where someone is trying to revive the
mummified body of La Llorona. A ghost, and a deformed caretaker
terrorize the couple as they spend the night.
