Based
on a novel by Marvin H. Albert, this early euro-western, tells of
Jose Gomez, a brutal Mexican outlaw, who with the help of a beautiful
young woman, escapes capture and returns to his hometown. Soon,
Luke Chilson, a bounty hunter is dispatched to track down and re-capture
Jose. The people of the small town despise bounty hunters and give
no aid to Chilson as he searches for the bandit. Members of Jose’s
thieving gang abruptly converge on the town and begin to terrorize
the innocent families, cumulating in the capture and vicious torture
of the bounty killer. It soon becomes apparent that the young Mexican
bandit has become a degenerate killer and the remaining towns people
realize a new respect for bounty killers like Chilson.
