Robbin, a beautiful young hitchhiker, escapes from a car crash and wanders into the town of Arrow Beach. There, she encounters the seedy Jason Henry, a photographer who lives close by. He invites her up to his seaside mansion for dinner and then to stay the night. She soon learns from Jason that he was a prisoner of war in Korea and endured brutal torture at the hands of his captors.
