BILL
A.k.a. ROAD TO FORT ALAMO. Cult director Mario Bava, normally
known for his moody horror films, directed 3 Eurowesterns (NEBRASKA
JIM, ROY COLT AND WINCHESTER JACK). ARIZONA BILL is regarded
as the best of the three and reflects the style of Bava the
most. Ken Clark stars as the title character who, with his gang
disguised as Union soldiers, rob a bank in Wagon City. During
the robbery an old woman is blown away by an over zealous gang
member. Clark becomes remorseful over the needless killing of
the old woman and falls in love and goes on the straight and
narrow, becoming a hero in the act. Directed by Mario Bava.
